Walgreens Pharmacy

I had an incredibly frustrating experience at this pharmacy, largely due to the unprofessional behavior of Anne, the so-called Operations Manager. She was one of the rudest, most condescending people I have ever encountered. From the moment I spoke to her, it was clear she had no intention of helping me. Despite my dentist leaving a detailed voicemail about my prescription, Anne refused to even check the voicemail, becoming visibly irate and insisting that the pharmacy does not have a voicemail system. When I asked to speak to a manager, she smugly informed me that she was the Operations Manager. It use to a great pharmacy with easy drive in pickup. My whole family got our COVID shots from here. I don't what happened to their staff neither do they have medicines in stock, nor they fill them on time , you can stay on phone for hours before they pick up. Complete nightmare.They won't dispense the medication that the doctors prescribe and will hang up if you want to discuss. Please stay away from this corporate office.

I prefer Walgreens over CVS. I think it's less corporate and the staff is more willing to help.

All the employees are very nice, very helpful And consistently patient. They always help me with shipping and I appreciate it. Thank you
