Walgreens Pharmacy

My father has been using this location for approximately three months. While service has consistently been slow, this experience was unacceptable. It took six days to fill his prescription. When the prescription was finally ready, I went through the drive-thru, where there were only four vehicles ahead of me. After approximately 15 minutes without movement, I sent my son inside to see if he could be assisted more quickly. After 45 minutes in the drive-thru, my son informed me that there were still five customers ahead of him inside. Fifteen minutes later, I finally reached the window and received my father’s prescriptions. At that time, my son advised that there were still four customers ahead of him when he left the store. Every time I request a refill on their app, it says in process and will be ready by... such and such a date and time. I went in this morning and they told me it would be ready this afternoon, then I get a message saying delayed, out of stock. They didn't know that 3 days ago? Now it will be another 3 days. Walgreens has the worst pharmacy service. Terrible

Their prescription bottles are extremely difficult to get open, ended up having to cut the bottle open with scissors which is dangerous. And i have good grip! If you have and grip/issues with your hands dont even bother, save yourself the frustration and go with a different pharmacy.

Sooooooo slow at the pharmacy. Have to wait 30 min just to pick up meds. They do not check pending prescriptions either. I had a prescription from the ER ordered a week ago and they never filled it until I went there to find out what was taking so long for it to be filled. We will be switching pharmacies very soon.

Ordered a refill on a script called everyday to see if it was ready, on the 5th day I was told it's ready for pickup. Told them I will come pick it up the next day. When I went to pick it up everyone was late coming back from lunch and I was told it not ready. Ridiculous, they should be shut down. Not only are they taking riteaid customers they must also be taking riteaid workers. They will soon be following riteaid out the door too.
