Walgreens Pharmacy

Hi, I called this evening because i was searching for a small blood pressure cuff. I have been ill and couldn't go running into different stores searching. So I called to ask first. I was very fortunate to get Sara (sp?) on the phone helping me. You did not have it in stock, but she went out of her way to not only try to help me, but to also be very kind while doing so. I just wanted to thank her and tell her how nice it was to have someone care! She is a wonderful person!

Don’t pick up your medication here. The staff are extremely unhelpful and treat you like your existence is a huge inconvenience to them. They never have their stuff together and are constantly struggling to find your medications. There’s always a line in the store and drive through. All in all, it’s a really dehumanizing and demoralizing experience.

Usually have no problems at this Walgreens but on a Friday night the manager on duty basically called me a liar that the product wasn't the right product for their offer that you can only look at online since they don't print paper ads no more! Call me it was only good on the bars and when I said according to your ad that I showed him on my phone it showed the bottles too but he said no. Then he proceeded to tell me you pray out to order an online or have it delivered to get them offer. Customer service at Walgreens is going down the toilet everywhere!

Laziest workers ever! Came in Monday Feb 3 at 7:20pm to take passport style photos. They basiclly said "no, we close the photo service at 8" You could just see their laziness in their faces. These 2 women were barely breathing cause doing anything else would require too much effort. How hard is it to push a button and take a picture? Imagine if someone actually asked them to work.

I’ve been coming to this pharmacy for over 7 yrs and in the last yrs there customer service is the worst specially the pharmacy tech manager Laura she yells at customers she the only one who is ever right she does not hear customers and this is not a one day incident I’ve had it happen over 3 times not once has she apologized or even acknowledged her mistake I will be changing pharmacies but they need to fire her because this is not acceptable.
