Walgreens Pharmacy

tl;dr: I would strongly recommend not using this pharmacy for pickups. The long of it: I know all these 1-star reviews get lost in a sea of angry, ranting, keyboard slamming manics who feel slighted over a longer wait time than usual... but something is legitimately wrong with this Walgreens pharmacy. The front-facing staff is great, friendly and accomodating and everything, but something is broken between the chain of command of this location and Walgreens corporate. The frenetic nature of the backrooms can only be attributed to a total failure of Walgreens Co. in properly staffing, managing, and giving this location the tools they need to operate. I am profoundly frustrated and angered by the inability to feel safe—both physically and mentally—in the presence of Amy Szymczakiewicz, the pharmacy manager responsible for dispensing my essential medications. Her manifest inability to appropriately resolve conflicts jeopardizes my health and well-being. Who is her superior? Walgreens. Who is her supervisor? Walgreens. To whom can I file a complaint? Walgreens. Further complaints may result in her withholding my prescriptions entirely (which is unlawful). Walgreens claims to promote health and well-being. Always very slow. I've been here for 45 mins to get a prescription. Still waiting.

Slowest store….mind boggling that they don’t have a self checkout. There is always a line

Tried to call the pharmacy. Can't get through the automated system and speak to a person. Keeps hanging up on me.
