Walgreens Pharmacy

Hopefully you came to the reviews before using this pharmacy. This is your warning to never use this incompetent pharmacy. The lack of care and regard is zero for their customers. After 6 phone calls, with 4 of those placing me on indefinite hold for 10+ minutes until I finally hung up and called back, they claimed to have never received my doctor’s prescription she sent over twice. My doctor ended up having to call to give them my prescriptions over phone. After hours of wasted time and phone calls all while being super sick, they are now telling me it won’t be ready until the next day. “Ripa” was the final person I spoke with and her lack of concern and care was disgusting. I will never ever use this pharmacy again and will tell everyone I know to not waste their time. So disappointing.

I'll say it again....This is the worst pharmacy. Customer service is terrible, unorganized and unhelpful. My doctor put in a script 3 days ago. Still hasn't been filled. When you go there in person, they act like it's your fault and always blame you for their bad service. Not helpful in anyway. I'm on a medication I've been filling there for over 7 years. Suddenly they don't carry it and will not order it from the distribution center. Say its not on their list. Told them many times it won't be put on their list if they don't tell the warehouse that customers are requesting it, they just say can't and don't even try. I have to drive over 45 minutes to Tampa to get it And new hours are totally stupid, not open until 9am, closing for lunch, dinner, and on SUNDAYS..!!! Yea, great service. Kee

This is the worst pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with. They never start my prescriptions, even after I call to request them. They almost never answer the phone, so I’m forced to come in person every time, and even then they still don’t have anything ready. It usually takes 2–3 days and multiple trips just to get a single prescription filled. The lines are always extremely long, and the whole place feels completely unorganized and inefficient. Very frustrating experience every time.

Way too busy of a location. Staff is fine. I use them over the CVS a few miles away. That is also very busy, primarily because they will pick up the phone live in the pharmacy where CVS forces you to leave a message and they’ll get back to you in the next hour or two, which can be problematic if you’re not able to pick up a call when they return your call.

This is legit the worst location. They are unhelpful and rude. I have to return now for the 4th time to get a medicine that they sent me a notification that it was ready. This location knows people need them and they treat them like garbage. The tall Spanish young man i believe his name was Antonio, was rude and short with me not trying to be helpful. A nice respectful young lady was picking up meds next to me, wasn't rude or anything and the bigger red head lady tried making her feel stupid because she mentioned the other store in Wesley Chapel not realizing the bruce b downs one is new tampa. And the worker had the nerve to say "you're wrong, we are the only store in Wesley chapel, thats nee tampa" like cmon you didnt have to try to make her feel stupid. It was a honest mistake. Then
