Walgreens Pharmacy

Overall poor location. The pharmacy staff are very rude. On numerous occasions it has taken over 24 hours to fill a prescription. One time I went to fill a prescription for Meclizine for vertigo and when I got home they had given me CHILDRENS Dramamine. I called the physician and they said Walgreens was incorrect. I went back to Walgreens and asked to speak to the pharmacist and before I even said one word, she started yelling at me and said the physician was wrong and she would not be filling the prescription because its the same thing. I pointed out that its CHILDRENS and she said that they were sold out of adult. Excuse me? A simple google search also said they were not the same medication. Yesterday I went to the pharmacy to pick up medication for my very sick infant that were called

This is how long I was waiting to speak to a pharmacist. About 25 minutes of which, the automated voice was telling me there was one caller ahead of me. I gave up at this point, hung up and called the Hudson Oaks Walgreens and talked to someone immediately. The Weatherford Walgreens either needs new or more staff because one of these two things need to be addressed. Either their staff is lazy and doesn’t care or they extremely understaffed.

OVER 36 hours waiting on a prescription. I was told they have the prescription & meds in stock but were "busy"! ABSURD. I transferred the prescription to another pharmacy and had it in 2 hrs! AND for slightly LESS cost too! Walgreens USED to be great. Now theyre AWFUL. Never again!

Horrible at obtaining perceptions from. They also are rude and treat you poorly all for asking. I had confirmation of my perception they said they didn't have. Yet they had my new address (I just moved) so it made no sense how they had my information without my perception just not a good pharmacy especially if your relying on your medication..

I can’t get a pharmacist to answer questions on delayed prescription. Put me on hold for 25min and never picked up. I hung up
