Walgreens Pharmacy

Pharmacy techs need to listen to the customer for insurance information and verify not only birthdates, but the name of the customer’s insurance company when there is a problem! Not tell them their insurance company rejected it due to a wrong birthdate! I have been using my current company several years. She told me I needed to call my insurance company! The wrong insurance company was being billed— Not sure why! Even though the tech was told the name of the correct company at the window, that didn’t get checked to see where billed until after I got home and had to contact my insurance and then call Walgreens again. Overpaid $9.33. Please train your techs better to investigate!

they give you the wrong medication then refuse to do their job and get an attitude with the customer. they also have labeled the wrong medication luckily I knew something looked wrong with the medication before I took it cause I could have died.

I assume there shortly handed, 9 cars in the drive up, 7 people in line inside, 1 person running the counter, 2 working the drive up. Its not the employees fault, but walgreens you've got to do better. People should have to be standing in line for over 20 minutes.

The pharmacy here is well run and organized. The hours do change often however they always post them here under the additional hours. Of course getting some medications right now is harder due to shortages but they try their best and the app makes it easy to get refills. It really is one of the better run Walgreens I have been to in years as far as the pharmacy itself. I cannot speak to the rest of the store but generally if I go in, they have what I need in stock. No complaints!
