Walgreens Pharmacy

Needed some eye drops but the prescription wasn't ready. Come back the days later and they've done nothing because they and the Dr. can't communicate how many drops the prescription is supposed to be. Absolutely useless pharmacy. I do not recommend. Nothing but headaches here...

Ridiculous, called the pharmacy on hold for 30 min and end up hanging up the phone. Prescriptions are never ready on time. Need more staff at the pharmacy.

Was put on hold for 10 minutes trying to pick up my refill that they called me days ago saying it’d be ready for pickup by today - every time I go there’s an issue picking up my prescription. When working with life saving medications, you absolutely need to have a competent staff who can fix problems quickly. I’m completely out of my medication and they won’t even pick up the phone. I’m absolutely going to be changing pharmacies.

I stopped coming here years ago due to their incompetence. It was the closest pharmacy to me to have medicine filled, figuring it would be difference after 6 years… still incompetent. Went across the street to CVS, they called for the script and got it filled no problem. Clearly not worth wasting your time using Walgreens… still, 6 years later.

Walgreens pharmacy services went down from 10 to 1, Pharmacy inventory is down, I was driving around the Bucks county to get simple antibiotics, I don't exactly why, but it's fact. Switch to Rite Aid or CVS, even better to local pharmacies
