Walgreens Pharmacy

We are so happy with this Pharmacy. Prescriptions were done in a timely manner and communication has always been great. All of the people we interacted with were courteous and friendly. The technician who gave us our shots was fantastic. Very professional.

Johnathan has made such a difference in my experience when visiting the Walgreens in Wales. I have been going there for years and pick up multiple RX each month. Other employees have gotten the task done and completed my business; however, Johnathan is personable, makes you feel welcome, interacts, and is incredibly helpful with any questions and issues. Thank you, Johnathan, for being one in a million in a world where awesome service is not the norm anymore.

Made an appointment via phone call with a pharmacy staff member for a flu shot at 1:30. Arrived and found that the pharmacy staff goes to lunch 1:30-2. With limited time I had to leave without receiving service. Very confused why I would be scheduled for that time if it is a time the pharmacy is closed.

The general manager helped me out in getting an Xbox gift card to be dealt with and she was really nice about it! This place is better than Delafield, Oconomowoc and Meadowbrook. Definitely worth going too if you need help and not get yelled at by the other Walgreens. Thank You!

The staff this weekend, 10/22/2022, this weekend was phenomenal. I brought my special needs daughter in for a required vax. There was a glitch in the system and the staff put their heads down and did the work to fix it! Very compassionate, good people!
