Walgreens pharmacy in Waldwick deserves zero stars! Don’t have employees behind the counter that can’t speak English. Argued with them for 30 minutes because she was typing my ID numb incorrectly and refused to touch my ID card until finally I insisted she take it because she didn’t understand English! Horrible customer service and very rude! Do better Walgreens

Waiting 6 hrs for a Rx to be filled and they still can’t give me a time for a simple antibiotic. This store has the worst pharmacy I’ve ever been too. It doesn’t deserve 1 star.

Currently waiting 17 minutes behind 7 people, line has not moved since I arrived because there is only 1 person helping customers and that 1 person is alternating with the d4ive thru who has a long line also. This is terrible. It's a Saturday, how are you not prepared????

I thought CVS was bad but I've never dealt w/ more incompetent, absent minded, have no clue what they're doing individuals AND they are responsible for handling medications!? Scary. This pharmacy is a lawsuit waiting to happen.

I had to start going to this pharmacy because Rite Aid closed. There are different people every time I pick up a prescription and a lot of them don’t seem to have knowledge of the layout of the pharmacy. There is always at least a 5 mins wait and sometimes longer if they can’t locate where another person put a prescription.
