Walgreens Pharmacy

If I could leave zero stars I would!!! The lack of professionalism is phenomenal. They are NEVER open. Either they say they do not have a pharmacist or something is wrong so they cannot open. I was on hold for 45 minutes just to find out they were closed yet again. Called the next local Walgreens and they will not fill my script. This NEVER happened when Brookshires owned the local pharmacy. Problems have been persistent since Walgreens took over. Due to their lack of professionalism I am transferring all my medications elsewhere. I just cannot count on them. 🤬

This pharmacy has had some problems with Walgreens home company once they bought out the Brookshire's pharmacy. Talk about growing pains. For too long it was touch and go and I did have to use CVS some 15-20 miles away. I'm back with Van and they've made a big effort to employ more staff and become more efficient and helpful. Personally, I appreciate them.

Never had any issues at this pharmacy. Even if an medication timed-out they were fast to refill it within a few minutes. Friendly staff. Only issue is at times there are long lines, but I find that is an issue at pretty much any pharmacy these days.

I held for 1 hour and 16 mins to ask about my husband's prescription. And they left me on hold until 6:00 when they closed and never came to the phone. I started at 4 45 on a Thursday evening, 11-7-24. I will be changing pharmacies. There is just no excuse for that. For 40 of those mins the recording said there was 1 holding ahead if me.

Rebecca was awesome. Went above and beyond to look for additional or different discounts on my meds. I’m temporarily without insurance and she save me a little over 50% on my monthly meds just by looking. I didn’t ask her to check, I didn’t complain about the price…. She just saw the higher prices and did what she could. I appreciate her and her quick service.
