Walgreens Pharmacy

This Walgreens pharmacy has been extremely disappointing. I was in extreme pain and urgently needed two prescriptions. When I called the first time, I was told they only received one prescription and they even told me which one. I then called the urgent care that sent them, and they confirmed both had been sent to Walgreens. When I called Walgreens back, they now claimed the other prescription was the only one in their system. I don’t know if this was incompetence or a system issue, but it wasted time I did not have and left me in pain longer than necessary. I won’t be using Walgreens Pharmacy again.

Arianna, pharmacy tech with red dyed hair, was completely disrespectful. I was in the drive thru to pick up my son’s medications and when she picked up the phone receiver she didn’t say anything. I started by saying, “Hi, I’m here to pick up for my son.” To which she stares at me blankly for several seconds and says, “so…does your son have a name?” Kind of ironic how there is a sign stating that Walgreens asks its customers not to disrespect staff but apparently it’s ok to disrespect their customers.

There's going to be hiccups every now and then. But the staff are always friendly with me...and always offer me pizza while waiting.

I don’t typically write reviews, esp not bad ones, but this has to do with health/medical emergencies. I was in hospital all day Thursday with a serious internal infection and prescribed antibiotics that evening. I called a couple of times and no one answered which happens, no big deal. I just wanted to make sure I got in before closing (trying to contact from 5:30-6:30pm). They were to close at 8pm. On my third try, a woman answered and confirmed my script was in and asked if they could just fill it tomorrow rather than that evening. I understand they were 2hrs out from closing but honestly, I’d been scared all day, haven’t had this condition before, and I didn’t want to let the infection go another night so I explained that to her and asked if it would be possible to get it filled befo

If I thought this post would make a remote difference, I might tell you a story about how it took a week to fill one prescription... I honestly don't believe it's the staffs fault.
