Walgreens Pharmacy

Since I saw low reviews before using this pharmacy, I wanted to submit a review. I saw online that my prescription was not the quality expected. I called in, and she resolved and added a GoodRx coupon easily. They got it ready quickly. When I picked it up, it was correct, and all went smoothly.

I’ve had good experiences with the staff on this team. I’ve had to call periodically to check that my medication is in stock, and they always answer promptly and are really helpful with providing me with information I need. I tend to go through the drive thru in the evenings and the lines usually aren’t too bad! I often just pull up and am at the window right away. The same day medication delivery service is also well organized, and staff were really helpful about providing me with a clear window of time of when I should expect my medications to be delivered.

Rude staff. I've had them deny a prescription because they just didn't want to fill it.

Waited in line like everyone else just to drop off a fed ex package. When it was my turn, cashier told me he’d have to help everyone in line behind me before scanning my package. So I’d have to wait until there was no line? At 5:30 pm? What’s the point of having a drop off place? That makes zero sense and it was illogical and rude and a waste of my time. Won’t be back.

Drive thru had a line of 6 cars so I went inside to pick up a prescription. The pharmacy tech was trying to look up my insurance through the system and was having issues making it go through, and the pharmacist yelled at her to hurry up and help the next customer. They asked me to wait while they helped the rest of the customers. After they finished helping the other customers, she said they had figured it out. I asked what was wrong before, and they said I would have to call the insurance to see what was wrong. I was surprised because earlier she said that they would call the insurance. I said, "oh I thought you were going to call the insurance." The pharmacist then proceeded to yell at me and tell me that it's not their problem. I get understaffing, but that's no excuse for poor custom
