Walgreens Pharmacy

Okay first want to say I'm visiting the pharmacy because I am not feeling well! No one goes to the pharmacy for fun. I walk up no one else is there and wait like the sign says, lady at the desk doesn't even acknowledge me but I don't take it personally because she helping someone at the window. I continue to wait patiently. When the lady at the desk finishes with the window customer she calls me and out of no where another lady who I can't see just chimes in asking my last name. After I provided her my last name she says it will be ready at 10 (1 hour from the time I'm there). I reply like I'm here now I don't mind waiting a little and she said no because they just opened. Mind you this entire time I don't even see who I'm speaking to. I have a splitting headache... I'm extremely drained
