Just got out the hospital today the hospital sent my medicine her and they refused to let me get them very unfriendly staff

WORST pharmacy EVER!! I would NEVER recommend to anyone! Complete shame and disappointment that Walgreens bought out the Save Mart Pharmacy and closed them down. Save Mart had EXCELLENT customer service and was very accommodating to people with disabilities! Walgreens on the other hand, should have shut down their own pharmacy doors and left Save Mart open. Or FIRED everybody at Walgreens and replaced them with the Save Mart staff. Walgreens made it impossible to get my prescriptions in a timely manner or if I got them at all! I feel like Walgreens is the Kaiser of pharmacies. Avoid at all cost!! The store side of Walgreens is fine.

This store is the worst. Their technology is always in disrepair. Yesterday the store manager had difficulty giving me a refund because the pharmacy printer was broken and this morning the phone bot was not functioning properly making it impossible to refill a prescription over the phone. This is only one example! I have often wondered how this store remains open while their customer service basics are clearly nonexistent.

One of the pharmacist did not want to help and hang up my phone. I was asking about the COVID vaccine information. This non local speaker was speaking very rude and asked me to go for somewhere-else to get the vaccine. She should be fired.

They gave me the wrong brand of my medication (which I’ve tried in the past and was ineffective to my body) without disclosing it to me and when I went back there to have them fix it they said their hands were tied. I had to jump through hoops talking with my doctor, other pharmacies, my insurance, etc. A situation that totally could’ve been avoided if the information was just disclosed to me…..
