Walgreens Pharmacy

I cannot say enough good things about the pharmacy team at Walgreens on Washington Avenue in Titusville. I was picking up medication for my mother and was told by insurance it would be over $300, which was insane. The pharmacist and associate didn’t just stop there — they truly tried to help. They took the time to work through the insurance issues, transferred the prescription from CVS, and looked for every possible option. Because of Keisha (pharmacist) and Britney (associate), the cost was brought down to around $15, which made a huge difference for my mom. Their patience, professionalism, and genuine care stood out. You can tell when people really want to help — and they absolutely did. Thank you both for going above and beyond. It meant more than you know.

The store is clean, the employees are helpful, and the pharmacy provides great service. This Walgreens offers a little bit of everything, from cards and cosmetics to candy and medicine. There’s a gas station right across the street and a video rental kiosk right out front. If you’re traveling down US-1, it’s a great pit stop.

Beyond impressed with the service! They were incredibly friendly and fast. The Dr didn't send 1 prescription and when I called to have it sent over they immediately filled it for me! Thank you for making the experience wonderful!

It's always been a great place to shop for my minis and a long time ago my mom set up and account for medication and shopping for necessities. I didn't get that support yesterday when my money was tied up and it was my daughter's birthday. It's ok they are so kind there and really look out for me. I use my mom's number and her account at checkout

Nice clean and friendly... just be sure you operate the card reader correctly. You'll get in trouble if you don't pay attention. Go here if you have excellent reading abilities. Told ya
