Walgreens Pharmacy

I feel bad about giving 1 star and negative reviews because some of the pharmacists and some floor employees are quite efficient and don’t deserve all the negative complaints. But unfortunately, the majority in the pharmacy is so bad that I had to take my business to another Walgreens. Also One of the floor managers was so rude, and so inefficient and ignorant at different times, that it’s impossible for my family to go into that store anymore. I rather drive the extra mile to the Walgreen in Cockeysville , corner of York and Warren rd. They are incredible! The best!

Worst pharmacy I've ever personally dealt with. Legit notified me my prescription was ready as they were closing, so no chance to pick it up, and they're closed the next day, so I can't get my medication for essentially 2 days. Second time in a row they've attempted this. Never use this place if you can avoid it. Transfer your Rx's to any other local pharmacy. You'll be better served.

Tishauna in the pharmacy is a sweet lady, she’s been there for years, she does a great job making sure that pharmacy operates every day. She should really be getting paid more for all that she does.

hard to get pharmacist on the phone or call answered at all, frequent long wait times on the phone when someone does answer and puts you on hold (up to 35 minute wait times before finally hanging up), frequent disconnections, trouble getting prescriptions filled online necessitating calling for each prescription. finally had to switch pharmacies and am having a superior experience at my new pharmacy. walgreens pharmacy needs more staffing and better phone capabilities. this pharmacy needs help. the people at the pharmacy who talk to the public are professional and friendly, which is why i gave walgreens pharmacy two stars.
