Walgreens Pharmacy

Every time I have needed to call here for a prescription and speak to someone on the phone or have gone to the pharmacy and spoken to a staff member in person they are incredibly rude as if they are doing me a favor and I am taking up their "valuable time". My insurance points to Walgreens as the best price for my prescriptions. If it weren't for that I would never do business with them again because the Staff is so very disrespectful and full of themselves. As it is, I only use them on occasian when saving money is more important than good service.

Instructions given in the Walgreens app are not consistent with the expectations of the staff. I went for a vaccination and the so had me check on via the app and then wait to be called. The staff indicated I needed to check in with the pharmacy as well. That should be posted clearly somewhere.

Worst experience Ive ever had with a pharmacy, or pharmacist. Thet should try hiring people who know the laws, not follow the laws the make up in their heads, that are not on the books, that I even researched, and find employees who are competent enough to do their jobs...

This is with out a doubt the worst pharmacy ever. The staff is extremely rude the pharmacist is rude. The call wait times are horrendous then they answer and hang up on you. This place deserves a negitive 5. I calledtheir corporate office and put in a complaint, I will be contacting my insurance company and file a formal grievance. This place needs to be shut down or an entire overhaul in staff!

I would give them minus 5 stars if I could. DON'T GO TO THIS INCOMPETENT, RUDE pharmacy! My poor 85 year old mother picked up a prescription, got home, and realized that they only gave her half the amount prescribed for one month. It was 2 pills a day for 30 days, which is 60, but they only gave her 30. I called for her, and they said to come back in and they would fix the mistake. I took her back to this pharmacy, and they took the prescription back, and told us to go have a seat, and wait. No apologies for their mistake, and no rush to fix it. They put us behind all the other people waiting for prescriptions. They could have fixed their mistake in 5 minutes, but no. After 40 minutes, I went back to the counter, and asked what the delay was, and she said they were very busy, and w
