Walgreens Pharmacy

In person they’re ok. Don’t bother calling them, you’ll spend 22 minutes on hold, after screaming your birthdate into the phone about 20 times and the machine being useless in interpreting it. Then after actually getting someone to pick up at minute 12 they’ll put you back on hold, until the machine tells you something wrong and hangs up on you. I drove home from Jersey City at rush hour faster than I was able to get to speak to someone. When I went in and said something about the insanely long useless phone wait I got an obnoxious response from the girl behind the counter about them “obviously being busy” except there were more pharmacists than patrons so I’m not sure what they were busy with.

One of the worst walgreens pharmacy department. They close the thru all the time. I was told by an employee because they can't handle the traffic with the drive thru open. That is very inconvenient if you have small children and just picking up a prescription. I don't know how they do refill request to contact doctors because I have been told multiple times by my doctors they never received any request.

The location is definitely newly renovated. Everything was organized well. The sales associate named Kathleen was kind enough to attempt to help me look for the item I was looking for. She even went above and beyond to check the system. Bhazi gives the store two paws up 🐾

Just writing this based on my experience at this Walgreens. I came in to purchase some things, my child a 6 year old had to use the rest room. I asked an older looking Asian lady maybe in her 60s if there was a restroom and she looked me in the face and said no they don’t have a restroom in the entire Walgreens, I asked her again when I was paying at checkout and again she lied in my face and denied a child to she the restroom. Never had an issue in any other Walgreens or cvs pharmacy. She needs training on not lying.
