The pharmacist on duty today Nov 26 at 5pm was rude and unhelpful. Intentionally didn't want to help when I asked questions about some vitamins. She needs either a crash course in customer service or abdicate her job as a pharmacist and go back to a non-customer facing job like a cleaner.
I had an outstanding experience. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive, always going above and beyond to ensure I get the medications and advice I need. The service is fast and efficient, with minimal wait times, and they take the time to explain everything clearly
SLOW... VERY VERY SLOW. Even when there is no line at the pharmacy there is still a 15 to 30 min wait for your vaccine or prescription.. they know you're sitting there and they just keep doing something else. They move at a snails pace...and even slower if you're at the window
Always a great place to pick things up.
