Scheduled vaccination online. Came in and had only a short wait as I signed in. The person who did the injection was very pleasant and competent. Efficient way to get your vaccines. And area was very clean

I would give this Walgreens a -10. I went there the other day and they told me I didn't have an RX. Went back today, they still insisted they didn't have one of my RX's. Finally they admitted they did have it and then insisted I just got it... No... Finally she admitted she did have it. But of course i had to leave and come back. Then she still wasn't going to give it to me. To make it worse she then charged much more than ten times what I have ever paid. Plus she conveniently shorted the amount of medication. I didn't know that until I got home. I question her ethics and more. She was rude and disrespectful and unprofessional.

I give the manager 1 star for being less than thrilled and borderline rude about accommodating my request for a printed receipt. I give the Truly Singular, friendly and customer oriented lady from cosmetics 10 stars. My cashier, Marvin, was a peach, too.

When I showed up for a vaccine that was scheduled and approved online I was told that they didn’t have any of that vaccine in stock. I then asked to speak to the store manager (Derek) and he apologized for the inconvenience. I asked to pick up my wife’s prescription. He asked for our address and I provided that to confirm the prescription. As he was about to hand me the prescriptions, he asked me to fill in the last four digits of my wife’s phone number. It wasn’t my wife’s number because he was about to give me the prescriptions for someone unknown to me. I can’t trust them for something as critical as providing prescription medications. This is not the first time we’ve had problems with prescriptions at this location.

I require medicine that I can not live without. I have the best insurance in the state of Florida. I pay 30 dollars for this medication. I go to pick up my medication as a refill and they they triple my cost. The pharmacist says that based on the number of milliliters that it's more than a 1 month supply so she is going to bill me 3 co-pays. The pharmacy tech was confused because it showed my previous price of only 30 dollars. The tech is instructed to collect triple the amount. I pay and go back to my vehicle to look over the paperwork. 1 box. 5 instruments inside. Normal price before insurance $563. Prescription reads QTY 15. I only 5. I return to the counter and ask for a refund. I'm not in the mood to deal with medication fraud. Cashier says, "We don't normally do refunds". Well, toda
