Walgreens Pharmacy

The pharmacy customer service is very lacking. Waited over 15 minutes in line with no acknowledgment then told they would be with me shortly then told my prescription not ready due to staff shortages when I had requested it 5 days prior then took 10 minutes to pull the predefined bottles off the shelf and put onto bag. First tech in blue was rude second tech in blue was kind pharmacist in white did nothing.

I am a long time Walgreens fan. However the last 2 prescriptions I received have taken 4 days to be filled. I currently have a refill in and it has been 3 days. No contact or anything. The app shows they are sorry they are behind schedule….for 60 + days, this is a problem. If they can’t fill the prescriptions they need to inform customers so they can go to another pharmacy.

Always feels like there's not enough people working or that they are annoyed if you ask a question.

Of course, during peak allergy season I forget to refill a prescription when I run out! Nevertheless, the staff stopped what they were doing and calmly had my order complete in 15 minutes. This is why I am a loyal customer and will continue to be!

Horrible Pharmacist, she doesn’t care about customers, my appointment was at 12:15 but she was doing refills, only one person ahead of me, but I had to wait until 1:15 ! My husband also had an appointment, he waited for 30 minutes, but he was so upset that he left, without the vaccination. It is ridiculous to wait for 1 hour, why do we get appointments for ? It was a really uncomfortable situation, the pharmacist got upset when I asked why she was so late, she complained about shortage of employees, it wasn’t her fault, she told me to contact Corporate and to go to another location for future appointments, everything while she was giving me the vaccine, I was really surprised how unprofessional she was.
