Walgreens Pharmacy

If I could give this Walgreens a -5 star I would. I called after 8 and was waiting over an hour and a half for someone to answer and no one did. My baby's pediatrician sent the prescription from 11am and no one has reached out about it. This is unacceptable and corporate needs to get involved with the laziness and rudeness of the pharmacy staff.

Make no sense the pharmacy Makes you wait 2 hours to speak to someone and they still do not come to the phone. They will send a message that your prescription is ready , and when you get there, they don't even have it in stock. The make you wait hours in lines. every one in that store looks miserable and are very Rude!!! They never smile and the lines are always long. They take there time cashing you out. Just all and all the worst walgreens ever. They really need people who actually want to do there job.

You wait HOURS on the phone. I believe they don’t answer on purpose and then they HANG UP when it’s your turn. Staff is always so rude and annoyed at customers. Constantly losing prescriptions. Worse place to go for your meds. Half the time they don’t even have my medication in stock, causing me withdrawals. Worst pharmacy ever. My doctor doesn’t even like calling them. They want me to switch pharmacies but this is the closest one to my house unfortunately.

The employees especially in the pharmacy are rude. I actually had a prescription from the Emergency Room that has taken 2 days to get filled this is ridiculous and could be considered abuse in my opinion.

The pharmacist working recently on Tuesday's has people waiting for a prescription 4 hours. This happened 2 months in a row. She is just a very unhappy person it seems like. This location is Walgreens on Barnum Ave, in Stratford Connecticut. Everyone is is very nice but this pharmacist is miserable. I have been going there for years, sometimes you have to wait a while thats fine, but dont make people sitting there wait 4 hours to be spiteful.
