I am submitting feedback regarding a delay in filling my Vyvanse prescription due to an internal pharmacy error. My Vyvanse prescription was sent by my provider on December 31, 2025, and I approved the fill the same day. When it was not ready, I called the pharmacy on January 5 to ask why. During that call, I was told the prescription was delayed because it was supposedly filled on December 7, which was incorrect. December 7 was the pickup date from the prior month, not the fill date. The medication was filled on December 1. Because the pickup date was mistakenly treated as the fill date, the prescription was held for pharmacist review and not processed in a timely manner. Good pharmacy. I experience no problems at all. It takes time. Do you want the pharmacy to do your prescription correctly, give them time to do so.

This location will close its pharmacy all days of the week with no notice. Staff is slow, rude and unprofessional as well as unresponsive. Don’t send rx here - ever. Not for routine and especially not for emergency prescriptions.

I’ve been coming to this location for the past few months and this by far the WORST Walgreens Pharmacy I’ve been too. This is coming from an Ex Walgreens employee. EVERY month I come to get my prescription and it’s ALWAYS something. I’m either on hold for 30+ minutes, I’ve encountered a rude associate, or my prescription is out of stock and I haven’t been notified. Today is the latter, I placed a refill order to prescription up on Thursday and I arrive Monday morning to be told I don’t have any prescription available and when she looks further into I now have to wait until Thursday for my order to come through. When asked about the generic version I receive a flat out no. The customer service here is trash and can use improving. It’s time to change pharmacies because this isn’t it.

The pharmacy staff are polite and kind. Always let you know the wait time. The pharmacists are also exceptional. They happily answer any questions and are expeditious at filling prescriptions!
