Walgreens Pharmacy

I went to drop off refill request for my prescriptions. One of counter people, she didn't know what to do with the pharmacy computer. She made me to wait so long, the pharmacist is so rude to their customers and receptionists. I was on the line about 20 minutes for just dropping off refill request. I even heard the pharmacist raised her voice to the customers and yelled at workers there. Walgreens pharmacy in Sterling should hire the right people. I had very bad experiences in this pharmacy. Never ever going back there again because of bad services and the rude pharmacist.

I have been using the pharmacy for 7 years. Over the past year it has really gone down hill fast. Even if this place is close drive a little further, you will end up saving time and frustration.

If I could give this pharmacy zero stars, I would. The pharmacist, Cuong Le, and the store manager, Bryan, were extremely rude to me as a long-time customer. I have been coming to this pharmacy for over 20 years to get my medications and other items, but the way this staff treats customers is unacceptable. Instead of making the store better, their attitude is driving the reviews down. Very disappointing after decades of loyalty.

Pharmacist is rude, and entitled. They never have anything. It’s always to order it ahead of time, but even if I do they won’t have it ready 48 hours later. Constantly have to transfer prescriptions to other pharmacies. They might as well close down because they don’t do anything anyway.

This is my first time passing the pharmacy and got a superb service by Meaza she was very helpful finding the right product for my need. She has been truly amazing .
