Walgreens Pharmacy

Not satisfied with this pharmacy anymore. I was glad when I moved to the canyon to find that BiMart had a Walgreens pharmacy inside so I could make it a one stop shop. But the last few months, I've had some issues. I've gone online to request prescriptions to be filled and it says pending for days until I call. They would stay pending indefinitely if I didn't call it in. When I arrive to pickup prescriptions, they're usually not ready. I'm set up for text messages or a phone call when they're ready, but it's 50/50 if I even get one. I've received irritation when I've brought it up to the pharmacists who don't know why I'm asking about a prescription if I didn't get a text that it's ready. The pharmacy used to be great. The past three times my medication has NEVER been ready. When I tried to cancel it to transfer it to another Walgreens that took forever too. If your insurance allows switch to Good Neighbor Pharmacy in Stayton...

It's not the staff's fault that their service isn't perfect. Walgreens CEOs or higher-ups refuse to hire enough people to take care of customers so it takes a long time for them to answer the phone & anything else. It's all the fault of the leaders, not the staff. Be patient!

Walgreens should have never taken over! I take life saving medication that I cannot run out of unless I wanna stay at the hospital. They’ve almost never refilled my prescriptions on time, I’ve gotten to the point of ordering a week in advance to be safe and nothing changes it’s still late every time! One rude guy that works there with a bland personality and no customer service skills answered the phone 4 days in a row after it being late and continued to tell me they were backed up and would get to it when they could. I had to call back and and make it a huge deal and ask for a supervisor before it was taken care seriously , strange how one minute on the phone with someone else and the problem was solved instantly.

Medications are NEVER ready. Most the time they still have to be ordered even if it's been days. One of the workers is just straight up rude and condescending. They have lost my whole family as customers. This has been on going for 2 years now. No improvements.
