Walgreens Pharmacy

Bad, lazy, unhelpful employees work here. Literally go anywhere else. The pharmacy closes at 7pm, and my partner got to the drive through pharmacy at 6:48 to pick up medication for me. A process that literally should have taken 60 seconds, and he sat there for a full 10 minutes with the two employees in the pharmacy completely ignoring him till he drove away. Now I have to go another day without medication that I need because the workers here couldn’t be bothered to take one minute at the end of their day to do their jobs.

I have never met more rude pharmacy staff members. They are disorganized, they will lose your prescription or say it’s ready when it’s not. If you have any issues or questions they are not there to help you they just want you done and out of the way. I just had a pharmacist hang up on me for asking questions, really despicable behavior. AND the pharmacy is constantly closed on odd days and hours REPEATEDLY.

I quickly found what I was looking for. Very respectful staff. I highly recommend Walgreens Pharmacy to anyone seeking quality and reliable pharmacy services. The staff at Walgreens Pharmacy are knowledgeable, courteous, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure that their customers' needs are met. One thing I appreciate about Walgreens Pharmacy is the convenience of their services. Whether I need a prescription filled, over-the-counter medication, or personal care items, I can always count on Walgreens Pharmacy to have what I need in stock. Additionally, their online refill service is user-friendly and saves me a lot of time. The pharmacists at Walgreens Pharmacy are exceptional, and they take the time to explain medications and answer any questions I have. I always feel confide

Believe the rating and the reviews. I even went to another walgreens to avoid this one and when they mentioned this one I said they had bad reviews and seem to lack customer service and I didn't want to deal with it. They said they hear that alot. You can not even get the pharmacy on the phone they pick up and put you back on hold without saying anything multiple times, then they just hang the call up. At this point why is this walgreens pharmacy even open just get all new staff because nobody wants to work here. Thankfully, there are other pharmacies in the area I've been going to CVS because THEY pick up their phone.

Walgreens is my pharmacy of choice to go to. They always have my medication and always give me a heads up when it's ready. They also have everything else cvs might have but in my personal opinion, Walgreens is a better pharmacy and store option!
