Walgreens Pharmacy

The pharmacy is great, the people are nice and efficient. The hours!!! 9 to 5 Monday through Friday. If you work, it is very difficult to get to! Most people who are not retired, work those hours. They always calling me to see when I'm going to pick

They somehow lost my prescription and treated me as if it was my fault and would not help me in any way to get my medication filled. My doctor sent me confirmation that the prescription was sent and I had a text confirmation from Walgreens showing they had received it. They somehow lost it at some point between then and when I went to pick it up AND after I had called and they confirmed that it was ready to be picked up. They had me go through all the back and forth with my doctor while standing in the middle of the store and had zero sense of empathy or provided any apology for something that was clearly their error. When I found out they actually cancelled my order and refused to take in to any of the evidence that I provided them to show that it is in fact their error, they proceeded to

So apparently one of the employees thinks that it’s OK to park there bike long ways on the bike rack so that absolutely no other person can use the bike rack but then because they feel special about their ebike! I would highly recommend to that employee that they should not do that because the locals of Saint Pete Beach won’t allow it for very long. I hope that this person figures it out soon. People don’t like to be disrespected in that kind of manner and for no reason. As soon as this issue is resolved, I would be more than happy to leave a five star review and remove this one because I absolutely love this Walgreens!
