Walgreens Pharmacy

Called pharmacy multiple times on two different days to check why script wasn’t filled yet. Waited forever to never get through. I don’t think they were even answering calls because the number of people ahead of me never went down after over an hour on hold. Eventually went to drive through and waited for 40 minutes with no pharmacist helping (drive through was open) and could see a giant line inside too. This is unacceptable staffing from a pharmacy. Go elsewhere if you desire your own sanity. Literally left the line and called script in at different Walgreens. Able to get it filled and picked up at a different location in a shorter time than I waited in line here.

Truly the worst pharmacy. DO NOT use this one. Not because of the pharmacists and pharmacy techs, they're doing the best they can and have always been nice. They're just so understaffed that you won't get your meds same day, ever. I put an online refill in 5 days ago and it's still not filled today. I got turned away 25min prior to closing due to them not filling prescriptions anymore. Earlier today, I didn't make it to the counter because they turned everyone away for a mandatory 1330-1400 lunch closure. This is a staffing problem and the hiring people working at a desk, never seeing the effects of such an understaffed pharmacy first-hand, should fix this problem.

If I could give this pharmacy negative stars I would. I truly do not understand how this pharmacy is allowed to operate. If the staff isn’t absolutely bombed out higher than a kite I’d be baffled. Often seen standing there staring off into space while the line grows in front of the counter, and not like staring at a computer or medications…just standing there, thousand yard stare, eye lids struggling to stay open. They will 100% lie about medication availability to just get people to go away. I’ve watched pharmacy techs scream at elderly people in line in front of me because they themselves forgot to fill prescriptions for them. How this pharmacy is still open is beyond me.

By far the WORST pharmacy I have ever used!!! They put you on hold forever and then never pick up. Lost prescriptions, deny they ever received a prescription (multiple instances - one staff member told me it happens all the time), closures due to staffing issues, and I could go on but just read the other reviews. For the life i me I can't understand why corporate even bothers keeping this location open. They should do the public a favor and just close it. Oh and get this - when I called another pharmacy to get a prescription transferred in, the pharmacist groaned. Why? They "never answer their phones" . Just horrible.

By FAR the worst service from the pharmacy. FIRST off, I had trouble with ordering my prescription. No pharmacy had my dosage near my home so I had the misfortune of having them be filled at this location. They were filled relatively quickly but once I picked up I was confused with the quantity and dosage so gave them a call for help. The woman that answered was EXTREMELY rude, condescending, unhelpful, and bias. She made a rude remake about my insurance and me not "paying for anything" (because my son and I are on MA). Then she went as far as saying I was "yelling at her" when I infact NEVER did. She said if I was going to continue to yell she was going to hang up and hung up on me right after. I made Walgreens aware of the incident and was refunded half my order because I INFACT paid for
