Let me tell you , they were not great when I started with them but they did not improve. They got worse ,the don't seem to work well with your Dr,or the app or the online site. They keep asking you questions that they know the answer to. They have trouble with your insurances Or perceptions. They don't give to time to get there yo get your perceptions. They are rude,and don't understand your perception information. They have had many problems with pharmacists. They have closed down it was almost permanent at one time. Now they are closed on weekends.they get half of their perceptions from Provo Walgreens. They take for ever to do anything. I've been going here for close to 18 years, but I'm done. Just too many problems here, and it's been getting worse. The final straw today was getting a text that my medicine was ready for pickup, and after waiting in line for an unreasonable amount of time, my medicine hadn't even been processed and I drove away with nothing. Come on, guys. Seriously! **Update for the next day.** Now that they've changed their hours and are now closed on Sat/Sun now I'm not going to have any of my medicine for 3 days. Good job, guys.

Terrible.. I have received a prescription with the wrong amount of pills in it. Called in to check the status since the automated system wasn’t pulling it up. The pharmacist told me it would be hours, I asked politely to get a text notification and he said condescendingly “sign up for it and you will” then hung up on me.

Have really good prices but the line in the Drive-Thru is so long I waited an hour to pick up one prescription because the inside was closed! I have never known it to have the inside closed and only the drive-up open I guess it was just that day but it's always got the longest drive up line!

I love this pharmacy! The staff are so kind and knowledgeable, and they always take the time to answer my questions. I get all my family's medications here and will continue to do so!
