I scheduled an appointment online to receive an HPV vaccination at this location. An older, white, male pharmacist on duty refused to administer the vaccine because he believed I was not eligible to receive it after he did a 20 second google search on his phone. I am 33 years old, and the CDC has approved Gardasil for use in females up to 45 years old. The pharmacist was extremely unknowledgeable, condescending, rude, and degrading in our interaction. He asked me why I even wanted to get this vaccine - which I answered, to stop the spread of HPV and protect myself against cervical cancer. Beware of this pharmacy especially if you're getting medicine for your kids. After receiving an incorrect prescription from another Walgreens (they forgot to add water to a liquid medicine, giving me just powder), I was told I could return it here and pick up a new prescription called in by my pediatrician. I specifically asked for the new prescription instead of just having water added to the old one, because I honestly didn't trust the last Walgreens after making such a big mistake in the first place. I was reassured that they filled the new prescription by the tech, but was given back the exact same bottle (I had marked the bottom). My fiance, with a heart condition, picked up 2 of 4 meds recently. Neither for his heart. They insist he picked them up so now he goes anoher month without them. Tuesday he goes for an Angiogram a d there is def blockage. Walgreens should be ashamed of themselves for their incompitance

Vivian the pharmacist really helped my daughter with her prescription. The entire pharmacy staff was diligent and proactive with helping her get her antibiotics.

It’s clear there’s been a management change in the past few months. Went from great service to nothing at all. They don’t answer the phone, I drop off days in advance & they don’t check the database for pending prescriptions. So I have to drive by each time to ask for an update only to be told to wait a few more hrs when I’ve given days in advance for the past few months and nobody can pick up my calls? It’s ridiculous!
