Walgreens Pharmacy

Very poor experience. The pharmacy is understaffed during the busy afternoons and the some of the evening shift employees (one in particular) kept me on hold for 10 minutes then disconnected the line. I went over there immediately after, he "took" my information and when I went back, I wasn't in the system. The only reason I'm giving two stars is one of the employees who appeared to be in charge was very helpful. She entered my information and sent an approval request to my doctor for authorization. (To that employee, i thank you.) I've been trying to get my prescription for over a month and I finally go it today thanks to that person, but it shouldn't have taken this long. Anything medically related should be taken extremely seriously. The pharmacy holds peoples lives in their hands. Even

Decent pharmacy, in a convenient location. Staff is polite and accommodating...... at store now 2/6/17 waiting for them to open and they open 3 minutes passed 8:00am - not bad.

I arrived five minutes ago. I am waiting on the drive-thru line for the pharmacy. There are three cars ahead of me. No one has moved. It's now 1:11 and they going on lunch break at 1:30. I'm wondering if they're going to finish the line or just close the line at 1:30

The employee with the red and black dreads and the tattoos on her face has a serious attitude problem. The Pharmacist are always nice though✌️
