The team at this pharmacy is wonderful. They are always helpful, kind and reliable, and they actually answer the phone!!
This pharmacy is the most unorganized I have ever dealt with. I wish I was exaggerating when I say it has taken 5 phone calls just to have them transfer my prescription from another pharmacy. Something I’ve done many times with other pharmacies and has been quick and easy. I called today for the 5th time across a week and a half and they said they have not gotten my prescription. I called my old pharmacy prior and they stated they had already sent it. Completely unorganized and unacceptable.
Walgreens was a lifesaver. It's less than a mile from Flynn Cruiseport in Boston, an easy walk for last minute cold meds before our 18 day cruise. Everything I needed was there.
The pharmacy service is terrible, their app is always wrong and make sure you allot an extra half an hour if you have an appointment for a vaccine. I miss Rite Aid.
They went out of their way to try to help us for what we needed.
