Walgreens Pharmacy

Great folks hard working staff, very busy pharmacy and very hard work pharmacy staff. Very clean and organized store. Everyone here I have encountered are very cordial and helpful.

Been using this pharmacy for a couple months now and everytime ive gone I leave thinking I should switch pharmacies simply because of how rude the techs are. Even over the phone I experience the same rudeness. I've had maybe 3 overall decent interactions here, im leaving this review after just being so disrespectfully rushed off the phone with just 1 question about my prescription status.

Wow. I have filled my prescriptions with many Walgreens over the years and never have I felt so disrespected in my life. This location refused to fill my prescription even though my local (Wilmington) Walgreens recommended that I come here and my son and his mother have been getting their prescriptions filled here for over a decade. At first the pharmacy tech said they "couldn't read" the prescription(absurd) and she argued with me that it didn't say what it said - then Brooke says it is because it's "from so far away" and "it is supposed to be done electronically". I tried explaining to her I am leaving that's why I am here and not getting it in Wilmington and that they just filled it last month and they told me to come here(I even have the prescription/bottle in my possession). Lori went above and beyond to help me get my prescription and my medicine straight in the system. She gave me suggestions of how to solve the problem first and then actually called my home pharmacy for me. She didn’t have to do this but she took the time to help me over the phone two different times on a Friday afternoon. Thanks so much to Lori and other pharmacists that take patient care to the highest level!!

I got my Shingles shot there and it was very busy, but the Pharmacist was able to fit me in.
