Do not go here if you need your meds on time. I went in today, September 12, to pick up a prescription and was told they are still catching up from labor day, which was last Monday (today is Friday). Heavily understaffed.

The Women who answers my call I think Tatiana? Is the rudest most unhelpful person ever. I don’t understand how these people even work in customer service. Understaffed or not she did not have a right to speak to me the way she did. This staff every single time I go is incredibly rude unhelpful and dismissive. Honestly don’t even understand how they are even employed anymore. They are undeserving to be working in this field and with people. If your miserable go home and be miserable.

If I could leave no stars, I would! Whatever happened to the customer is always right? To have management argue over simple math, instead of listen with any sort of compassion, it boggles my mind how you still have a job. Then to call someone’s therapist when you don’t like what you hear when you’re the unruly, naive, control freak. Talk about crossing the line. It’s astonishing how you’ve held your position for this long with your attitude and personality.

2025 update: They were on time for my vaccine appointment, but I was concerned that they didn’t ask to confirm my name or the shot I was getting. I know it’s all in my appointment info, but it’s usually standard practice to confirm medical treatments. —- Understaffed, which may have led to them being rude and 15 minutes late for my flu appointment. Also, the “COVID-19 Vaccine Check-in” window sign should be updated to reflect that all vaccine patients should check in there.
