The pharmacist assistant Julie needs to be coached on how to talk to people and be sympathetic. Completely cold towards customers and always seems frustrated.

The main pharmacist, she may be of Asian decent, I didn't catch her name i was so mad is the rudest, mouthiest, disrespectful person in the bunch. After my stepdaughter went in there who is very shy and very reserved she came out crying and I asked her what was going on and they told her that she couldn't get her prescription because her address didn't match which is weird because normally they just asked you did you update your address and let us change it for you. So the first check was extremely rude so then I asked to speak to her boss then her boss came out which was the pharmacist who I believe was of Asian descent I didn't get her name because I was already so upset at this point and then it got worse from there. Had the worst pharmacy experience at the Siloam Springs, Arkansas Walgreens! I have NEVER, in my 54 years, had to deal with a more unprofessional, eye rolling, uncaring, snappy attitude, pharmacist. I wish i would have gotten her name, and i will make a trip back there soon for just that purpose. She was “controlling” the 6pm’ish shift on 1/28/2022. I feel bad for anyone that works with her or any customer that has to deal with her. I can GUARANTEE that i won’t again!
