Walgreens Pharmacy

I get my jac dogs perscription at Walgreens every month. They are very busy and hopping from drive thru to counter but I always get his meds in a timely manner with a little extra special attention for my jac

Pharmacist was the most rudest person I have ever dealt with in my life. I was humiliated by her in front of several people. Called n complained to store manager n corporate. Ha that’s a joke too, the pharmacist said she had alot going on that day so does that give her the right to take it out on me. I think not!!!! All the upper management (store manager) did was talk to her about people skills n as far as corporate goes they never even addressed it, just pushed it off. I love Walgreens to shop but never would I ever walk in that store again!!! Then again what do they care, I’m just another average Joe🤣

WORST PHARMACY IN THE HISTORY OF AMERICA. NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE. Every single month there is a random issue with my rx it’s actually entertaining at this point. They literally have inconsistent made-up rules they throw out randomly to spice it up. They’re always hanging up on customers when busy, they’re just an overall complete mess. They either need to get it together or Walgreens should shut them down. A true disgrace

Pharmacy sadly has become the worst on people skills.... I just spent 11min on hold to check on scripts and to phone one in for refill and they left me on hold till 601pm then disconnected my call.... this isn't the first time. I use your automated refill and still scripts aren't ready 2 days later. I'm told by young lady in Pharmacy that unfortunately the automated call in hasn't been working..... very sad that now we need to change Pharmacys, there are a few good people there.....
