I always get great service at this location, staff are professional and attentive and medication is always ready when promised.
This pharmacy is the worst! Requested refills since 3/17. After multiple calls Doctor said ALL 3 scripts were called in on 3/17 yet it is now 3/27 The doctor sent now 4 times for refills and the pharmacy insists they never received 3 only the 1. Been out of the meds for a week now and have no accountability or service from the pharmacy . Constantly scripts are sent "out" to be filled by an outside pharmacy and delivered a minimum of 3 days later saying to help with the load. What's the point of this pharmacy? Needs to be investigated. And SHUT DOWN.
Miguel (from the front of the store) was such a gem with my family and I!! His customer service and problem solving skills, at the Photo Center, made all the difference in our experience. THANK YOU
This is my regular pharmacy, I’ve lived in the area for years and the staff has always been super friendly! They make sure to know you know how to take your medication and always offer to answer any questions
