Walgreens Pharmacy

Waited on hold for 20 mins then they pick up the phone then asked me what do I want then hung up on me!! So I called back and waited on hold for another 20 minutes Then they tell me they can't find my prescription the doctor's office never sent it. then I explained to them I've talked to the doctor's office 2 times and they have sent it twice then magically they found it Then put me on hold for another 10 minutes then forgot about me then call me back Just to tell me it's gonna be a couple more hours

This pharmacy has been super slow lately. I'm not sure if they're understaffed or what, but it's annoying when u have to wait in long slow lines. A regular pharmacy stop shouldn't take that long even if there's a line 🙄

I’ve been using this Wal-Greens for many years and never had to speak with the pharmacist until recently my first encounter with Mr. Dick was when I needed help on how to install my FreeStyle Libre. He was so nice and gave me the confidence that I needed to put my sensor on when not even my doctor took the time to explain the sensor to me or show me how to use it, Mr. Dick took that time, and showed me.Just recently I went back to walgreens and had to purchase a new sensor which upon opening my package the sensor was damaged. I could not get anyone on the phone with FreeStyle Libre so I called back up to Walgreens and spoke with Mr. Dick, told him my issue and he took time out of his busy day for me and called them for me to make sure they called me so that I can get my replacement sensor

Do not go here if you have anything important to do.

This is the second or third time I've had extremely rude customer service at this location. Once, I can understand, bad days happen but it's been consistent in the past year. I initially came back after I he first bad experience because it is a convenient location but I think I will be taking a prescriptions else where.
