Only Walgreens I go to Sauk trail and Torrence and I wouldn't change it ...
A good customer experience begins by answering the phone. This location never answers. You will be the next caller in line, but you still find yourself waiting on hold for another 30 to 45 minutes.
They never have items in stock in the pharmacy that you need. Your prescription is usually delayed because they don’t have it. They are the only pharmacy in our town and they are. Severely understaffed and have long lines at the drive thru pharmacy and inside the store.
Sick with the flu, advised the pharmacy ckerk. Didn't place a rush on it my meds. Received a text to pick up and had to wait additional unnecessary time. Very unhappy
Saturday noon and there's only one employee to run the whole store. This looks like a Dollar Tree
