I recently had a rather unpleasant experience at this Walgreens, which compelled me to share my thoughts. The overall attitude and behavior of the employees left much to be desired, making what should have been a simple transaction into a frustrating ordeal. First and foremost, the customer service at the Walgreens pharmacy was appalling. The employees consistently interrupted me while I was speaking, showing a blatant disregard for what I was trying to communicate. It was disheartening to feel ignored and dismissed during each interaction. Moreover, the incompetence displayed by the staff regarding my prescription was astounding.
