Walgreens Pharmacy

Real miss in regards to customer service here. Poor quality pharmacy. They restaffed the whole pharmacy due to complaints and issues about the department only to end up with the same thing sad place. Lack of any customer service, rude employees, employees that actually give you a know it all attitude or attitude when you ask questions. Even when they are not right. So not ok. And they keep raising their prices to ridiculous numbers. Yes it's convience so we understand a higher price. But this is extortion not now at the prices they are making things not convience. Smh

Lousy service at the pharmacy! Was told by one person - you cannot rely on the time the app tells you the prescription will be ready. Then told by another person that I cannot rely on what the app tells me for the price. DO BETTER WALGREENS!!!!!!!! Both ladies were rude and just do not care about the people picking up their prescriptions. So disappointed with the pharmacy lack of service and how bad they treat people! Thank goodness I have other choices for a pharmacy. Anything has to be better that Walgreens Pharmacy in Sandwich IL!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This place is insanely ridiculous!! Not only do they lie about prescription pick up times but the line for pickup takes forever! 45 mins plus is ridiculous in the middle of August in Illinois when you have a child and no AC in ur vehicle! If you're that busy hire more people! The elderly and child can't sit in your 10 hour line in the heat to get medications they desperately need

They have the rudest staff back in pharmacy I will never be getting my medicine from them ever again I don't like being treated poorly they are very very rude

Trash customer service. Left on hold for 8 minutes then hung up on so the staff could go to lunch.
