Walgreens Pharmacy

Said perscription was ready. When I went in they said they didn’t get it till right when I walked in and it would take 6 hours unless we waited in store then it would be an hour. I asked if they could just do it in a hour and the pharmacist got real mouthy to me. Told me she was going take 7hours just for me no matter what because I kept asking. Worst ran pharmacy I have ever been to. Just go to fry’s across the street

Trying to get a flu vax….waited in line for 30 min.,.to be told they will close for Lunch in another 30 …so come Back later or tomorrow ….there was no one behind us …were the only ones there ….could you give us our flu shots now it’s 1 and you close for lunch at 1:30 …..No sorry 😩😩second pharmacy I’ve been to today …turned away at both places for a flu vax !!! Due to “too busy” but there were no others in line anywhere ….👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

I've been using Walgreens pharmacy since I was 18, so 20 years now. Everything has been fine until I moved to San Tan Valley and started using the one on Bella Vista and Hunt. The amount of times I've had refills not filled when they're supposed to, notices that they don't have the medication but if I want to run to another one 20 miles away, I can fill it there.. and usually I get no notice until I'm calling and calling, several of those times were for serious medications that I couldn't go without!! My last straw was my 3 year old needing antibiotics immediately, and not only did they not have them, but they didn't notify me. The ER sent the prescription last night, and I ended up calling today at 4pm, getting passed around, and told that they couldn't fill it because her name in their s

Not as knowledgeable or helpful as other Walgreens in the state or nationwide, unfortunately. Definitely should be more up to standards for efficiency and customer service for this area. I'm a medical professional and very much looking foward to our new CVS/Target coming soon. Definitely will be switching.

Don't waste your time or mental health with this Walgreens pharmacy. They're rude, argumentative and can be heard talking about patients in the back. Oh, don't call them out on it cause they got eachothers back and won't hesitate to to tell you like they told me "we're not worried about you" good to know my pharmacy isn't worried about me. So if anything goes wrong with my husband's meds, I know it's because they aren't worried about it
