Walgreens Pharmacy

Called the pharmacy to ask questions about medication side effects and got hung up on before I even got to speak to someone. Didn’t get to even say one word to anyone. Cool

Called pharmacy today, was on long hold. Technician answered was super rude and disgruntled and said she doesn't see my transferred prescriptions from rite aid which I waited a week and half for. Wouldn't let me finish talking when I was trying to tell her something so to shut me up she put me on a silent hold so I was basically talking to myself. Then I called back, and got the same technician...still rude! Asked to speak with her manager and she said they're unavailable. I told her I'll call the store manager then and she said "yeah do that, call the store manager!". Then I asked for her name and she hung up on me bcuz she didn't want to give her name bcuz she didn't want me to identify her. So inappropriate behavior, no customer service skills at all. Need my meds, and I get a heartless

Pharmacy staff could try and smile and be more welcoming. Not rude, but far from warm. It it like they hate their job.

The pharmacy techs are over worked and paid an unlivable wage. You can tell because they unfortunately take it out on customers that simply want their prescriptions. They will put you in hold and never get back to you and keep the line waiting for extended periods because they can’t handle the workload. It’s bad but not their fault. They just don’t have the emotional bandwidth to do their job.

Made a vaccine appointment online and waited 40 minutes just to be told they don’t have the vaccine in store. There’s no reason a pharmacy with no other customers should take that long to tell you they can’t even provide the service you booked
