We came here to buy allergy medicine and asked a staff member for help. A very nice lady patiently explained the differences between the options and which ones might work best for our symptoms. That was really helpful. The only downside is that there was just one cashier, so even with only a few people in line, it took a bit of time to check out. Having one more person at the register would be more helpful.

Do not place pharmacy orders here! Even in the slowest hours the techs take at least 30 minutes, and fail to pick up the phone to assist with orders that can’t be taken care of online/in the app. I don’t blame any individuals, but they have been consistently understaffed around the clock.

They shut down so many stores. Seriously understaffed. They tell everyone their prescriptions are ready when they aren't. They should be more honest when communicating the status of one's meds.

They need more employees to cover at least 2 registers. Management seems better from several months ago. So I hope for more improvement in the store product availability. Management seems to match the energy that customers bring in, so more often than not, there is an altercation. I think the customers need to take a sensitivity class on how to conduct themselves in a store or get banned. This is not a typo. Some of us customers are completely out of line.
