Walgreens Pharmacy

Terrible pharmacy. Always hate walgreens I think everyone should steer clear of walgreens pharmacy. Always late on fills, giving lots of misinformation on whether or not they have a medication or when its done causing a lot of driving back and forth from home because of their mistakes. Waiting for another company to outsource and fill a med while the med sits on their shelf is outrageous. Just for personal sanity find ANY OTHER pharmac.

Staff is always so helpful. Not only do I pick up my Rx but they have grocery items and it is reasonably priced and convenient to pickup the items I need.

The pharmacy techs are always friendly. The pharmacist is rude and does not communicate professionally with customers.

The level of knowledge the pharmacy staff have is incredible. They take time to educate you about the drugs you are taking AND always make sure they ask if they can provide any vaccines you need while you are there. I am always impressed with how fast, knowledgeable, and friendly they are. Ten out of ten!

they are rude and incompetent. hate to be brutal but they had me in a run around about why they won't auto fill my prescriptions for months. said it was an insurance pre auth issue, call insurance..nope my insurance said all my meds can be on auto fill. after a week of calls and getting referred back to insurance, under great pressure and questioning from me, the pharmacist admits it's a corporate Walgreens thing, I'm on all popular drugs and think they don't want to put hold on stock of high demand drugs..but they lied about that for weeks. The pharmacist was so rude I finally said ..so the only way around this is to switch pharmacies? and he said..you can do what you want. my meds currently pre insurance cost about $5000 a month and I've used this pharmacy exclusively for 10 years just
