Walgreens Pharmacy

This place is pitiful! I have definitely got to change my pharmacy! I have tried giving them the benefit of the doubt, thinking it was just a few times, but I am serious it's been every single month for a year or longer now and they can have my prescription because my doctors office faxes it before I leave and it's still a half a day wait! Never fails. It makes me wonder if they are that short staffed or if they even know what they are doing. I've never dealt with such incompetency in my entire life.

The complete lack of professionalism here is absolutely laughable. Privacy standards here are apparently non-existent, one of the Pharmacists there-Paula I believe her name was- essentially told the whole store that I was there to pick up a prescription for an STD , and to add insult to injury she would not stop pushing for me to make an appointment with them for a flu vaccine that I have already gotten this year. I must have told her that 20 times but she still kept trying to get me to come in for something I had already expressed that I didn't have any need for.

I think this Pharmacy has more than their hands ful with the Capacity of the amount of medications they fill for the amount of members they serve. It certainly is plain to see see their inundated. I can see there could unintentionally being mistake made. Also, I constantly need to make sure that that they have my Daughters prescriptions in stock at least a week prior to a week before refills so that when it's time to refill they've ordered beforehand as not to be have a prescription in stock then when time to refill thay have to order then there's a extreme potential they could not have my Daughters medications on hand then they have to order at that point which puts her life in danger. My Daughter does have a diagnosis of SUDEP, and (LGS)-Lennox-Gastsut Syndrome. Grand Mal,Myoclonic Toni

We typically get our prescriptions at the Morristown location but they didn't have it in stock today. So we came to the Rogersville location to pick it up and have been sitting in the Drive-Thru at this point for 30 minutes and it hasn't moved. It's as if the person in the front vehicle is waiting for their prescription to be filled and I thought drive-thrus were for drop off and pick up. This is ridiculous!!

The absolute SLOWEST DRIVE THRU EVER!!! Switching pharmacies!!! Waited 30 mins twice. Which is CRAZY! one time was going to go there it was backed up by 2 cars went to eat. We finished eating and they were STILL THE SAME CARS THERE and 5 people inside. Its a nightmare you have been warned
