Sent in a prescription refill request 10 days in advance. When I went to pick it up, I was told it hadn’t been filled and I needed to wait. That was strange - but what can you do? I waited over an hour. Then I was told that they didn’t even have the medication in stock and I was out of luck. The pharmacy tech made no apology for wasting my time, nor any effort to remedy the situation so I could get my medication. She wouldn’t check with other pharmacies or offer any path forward. She just said it’s not her fault it’s out of stock and maybe someone came in before me and got the last one. People depend on their medications, surely the system isn’t “first come first serve” like she was insinuating. I called in advance to ensure they had plenty of time to order and fill the request, then still
