Walgreens Pharmacy

I wish they sent out surveys on customer experience because it’s usually terrible. The wait is always long, they have no sense of urgency no matter how many people are in line . It’s sad that Walmart can get people in and out like chic-Fila but Walgreens takes 12 hours to fill a cough syrup when you tell them you’ll wait because you NEED IT.

Pharmacy is always busy and definitely mismanaged. They wait in customers out of order and the staff have terrible attitudes. Definitely need some customer service training.

Huge snowstorm, everyone closed for a few days. We finally make it there to get our DOG seizure meds. They refuse to fill it because it the vet hasn’t called or wherever. The vet says they have. The vet is closed. They wouldn’t show some compassion and give me 2 doses of my dogs meds so she can avoid a seizure tonight. ZERO COMPASSION. The only thing they care about is their policy and laws. ITS A SNOWSTORM in GA. It’s a special circumstance and they can’t show an ounce of community of compassion. All they care about is their dumb policy. Don’t come here. They won’t give you any kind of quality service.

Hiral P. Pharmacy Manager One of the worst Pharmacist I’ve ever seen. Over a question about picking up all my medicine at the same time, she threatened to call my doctor, changed the actual day I picked up my medicine and removed my last refill to show I had 0 refills. This is a bully not a Pharmacist!! From the other reviews I see, she is a sad excuse for a manager. Thank God I can move to another pharmacy and not have to deal with incompetence!!

Walgreens ought to be ashamed for how purposely understaffed they keep their pharmacy. The folks working back there are really working hard. But they clearly need more help back there
