Extremely disappointed in the pharmacy here. I just moved to the state and had my prescription transferred, they filled it. Great! When my prescription was due for auto-renewal I got a message saying it was being processed. A week went by and 2 days before I am to run out of my current prescription, I got another message saying the medication is out of stock and they need to order it. If they didn't have the medicine in stock, they should have ordered it the day the auto-renewal was being processed, but their lack of care means I will now run out of a very important medication. I called and explained the importance of getting my medication filled and was told, "sorry there's nothing we can do." The worst customer service. Only the pharmacy, the store is actually very nice. But I certainly agree with other reviewers on the pharmacy staff. Completely unprofessional behavior particularly for a pharmacy. The wait is forever, and that would be fine were they actually working, but they stand there chatting about personal business, laughing, ignoring customers. This isn’t a one off either, this is a regular thing. The drive through isn’t any better. There was a day I refused an RX because I didn’t want it and they turned off the mic and I saw the tech show the pharmacist my RX and they started laughing. Always a very long wait for the pharmacy, don't usually have all my medications in stock, several partial fills and that means more trips to the pharmacy, which cost more money for gas!

The review is specifically for the Pharmacy staff and not for the store. The store and its staff are good. The pharmacy has staff with 0 customer service skills or empathy. They seem not to care and reflects a careless attitude, as if they are being forced on the job. No smiles or not even a simple gesture of " sorry for the wait, someone will be with you shortly" They seem to reflect an attitude of, you as a customer have come to us, so, will behave the way we like...very careless attitude and seem to giggle inside with other staff with absolutely no hurry or concern for the long wait. Always late a couple of minutes from the lunch break as well. DO NOT send your prescriptions here. The line is almost always a 30 minute wait or longer, whether inside or in the drive thru. They always mess up my dad's prescriptions and blame the doctor's office and the doctor's office say they sent the right prescriptions. Also, they never have all your prescriptions ready when they say. I waited in a 45 minute line yesterday because I was told to come back at a certain time and they would all be ready. Only 2 were done and the person in the drive-thru told me to drive back to the end of the line and by the time I got back up there again, it would be done. And one last thing, they will not let your return prescriptions if they screw up. I learned that today. For your own sanity, take your prescriptions somewhere else.
